Immoleb collects only the information needed to run a real-estate marketplace: accounts, listings, inquiries, saved searches, newsletter subscriptions, and service-provider profiles.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, account role, OAuth sign-in details, listing content, property location, photos, property papers you upload, messages, saved listings, saved searches, and professional profile details.
We use this information to authenticate users, prevent anonymous publishing, review listings and service profiles, show approved public content, deliver inquiries to owners or agencies, maintain saved searches, and improve marketplace quality.
Documents such as ownership papers, registration papers, and supporting files should be uploaded only when needed for a listing. Approved listing documents may be visible to buyers through signed links. Do not upload unrelated personal documents.
Immoleb can store newsletter emails in Supabase and may use Brevo for subscription confirmation, unsubscribe handling, and campaign delivery once configured. You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails or contact us for removal.
The Immoleb AI Guide may send your chat message to a free third-party AI provider to generate a reply. Do not enter private IDs, payment details, confidential property papers, or sensitive personal information in the chat.
Immoleb uses providers such as Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database/auth/storage, Google or Facebook when OAuth is enabled, map tile providers for map display, Brevo for newsletter delivery when configured, and an optional free AI provider for chat.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe support by contacting us. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, listing moderation, or legal compliance.
